How to overcome legal issues in online registration forms.

While designing Loyalty programs you should always have a deep knowledge of legal issues in relation to privacy and legal restrictions governing on your client’s country.
It’s more than common that when a user fills an online registration form he is prompt to fill his personal details, including a code received via SMS, to verify data inserted; nevertheless, in Kosovo this procedure is not legally correct. The user has to actually sign a paper registration form to verify his data.
To overcome this, Qivos implemented an online registration form that lets user fill his details and receive a six digit code via SMS upon completion. This code is then typed in store’s printed application following members signature.
