Studies have shown that the best sending hours (best open rate results) are 8.00am-9.00am, 3.00pm-4.00pm and 8.00pm-9.00pm .The most effective days of the week are Monday and Tuesday.
You can try sending your newsletter different times and days the first times and then compare the results of open rates. Accordingly, you can choose the best time to send your campaign.

Bonus Tip No7: Consistency
In order to make your readers loyal, consider of being consistent on sending days and times. A reader will be fully loyal if he knows that every morning he will have an email with latest news and trends from your company. This reader will become your advocate.
